Chicken Tacos with Pineapple Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple1/4 cup chopped peeled mango1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro1/2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion1/2 Tbsp lime juice3/4 tsp salt, divided1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast1/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon garlic powder4 wheat tortillas (6 inches), warmed
Directions
For pico de gallo, in a small bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, cilantro, onion, lime juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Set aside.

In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and stir the chicken, cumin, garlic powder and remaining salt until heated through. Spoon 1/4 cup onto each tortilla. Fold in sides. Serve with pico de gallo.

Yield: 2 servings.
