Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

1 2 pound pork tenderloin1 envelope of dry onion soup mix1 cup water1/2 cup white wine3 tbsp minced garlic3 tbsp lite, low sodium soy saucepepper to taste (not included in calories)
Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker with contents of soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the prok, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
Serves 10 at 3 oz portions of pork.

Made this twice but DON'T cook for 4 hours. I made a THREE-pound loin and it was well past 145 deg at only 3 hours (on low). Use a little less soup than it calls for, but keep everything else the same for 3 lbs and it'll be a little less painfully-salty, but just as delicious. Everyone LOVED IT! - 3/11/12
