Ingredients
Directions
3 lb. pork tenderloin roast1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 c. unsweetened applesauce3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard1 Tbsp. honey3 fresh rosemary sprigs
Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper (or any other seasonings you prefer). Brown the roast on all sides in a nonstick skillet. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Combine applesauce, mustard and honey. Spread over roast. Top with rosemary. (I usually put the dried crushed rosemary on the roast with the salt and pepper). Bake, uncovered at 350 for 1 3/4 -2 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160. Let stand 10 min. before slicing
