Orange Peanut Chicken

Ingredients
12 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts1/3 Cup (5 1/2 Tbsp) Smuckers Natural Chunky Peanut Butter1 Tsp Brown Sugar Blend Splenda2 Tbsp Fresh Orange Juice1 Tsp Fresh Orange Rind1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes2 Tbsp Kikoman's Lite Soy Sauce2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into 3/4" strips and place in crock pot. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, Splenda, fresh orange juice and rind, red pepper flakes and soy sauce and stir till smooth. Pour over chicken and mix well. Cook on low heat setting of crock pot for 6 to 7 hours. Sauce will be sticky. Serve and sprinkle each portion with 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.

Suggestion: Serve with Minute Brown Rice and steamed broccoli and carrots for a quick supper. (Calories not calculated)

Note: This recipe yields 2 chicken breasts per person; calories can be reduced to 287 per serving by dividing into 8 portions
