Homemade Salsa Azteca

Ingredients
3 jalapenos, minced5 large tomatoes, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 small white onion, minced1 T white vinegar1/2 lime, juiced1 tsp ground cumin, or to taste2 T chopped cilantroSalt, to taste (start with 1/4 tsp and adjust)
Directions
Mix jalapeno, tomatoes, garlic, onion, vinegar, lime juice, and cumin in a medium, non-reactive bowl. Stir in the cilantro and salt just before serving. Makes about 4 cups.
