Ingredients
1 lb ground beef14 oz kidney beans14 oz diced tomatoes1 T chili powder1/2 cup frozen chopped onions1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic (jar)15 oz tomato sauce3/4 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Brown the ground beef, rinse and drain.
Transfer all ingredients (except cheese) to crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve w/about 1/4 cup of cheese on top of 1 cup of chili.
