Pear Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients
6 cups sliced pears1 cup fresh cranberries, ground1/2 cup sugar2 Tbs flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp cloves1 cup flour2/3 cup brown sugar1/2 cup oats1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Combine sliced pears, cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 Tbs flour and spices. Pour into a greased 7 x 11 casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup flour, brown sugar, oats and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pears. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Serve plain or with frozen yogurt or whipped toping.
