Potato Curry

Ingredients
1 medium potato - boiled.5 cup chopped onion.25 cup chopped tomato2 garlic cloves1 tsp chili powder1 tbsp coriander powderSalt to tasteOil to cook
Directions
Boil and peel the potato, keep aside.
Heat a pan and put oil in it.
Add chopped onionand garlic and fry till golden brown.
Add chopped tomato and all masalas.
Fry till oil gets separated.
Add the potato and crush coarsly into pieces.
Add water for gravy.
Leave to simmer for 5minutes.
Yummy potato curry is ready.

Serve hot with chapatis or rice.
