Tzaziki Sauce

Ingredients
CucumberGreek yogurt (plain)garlicsalt and pepper
Directions
Peel, seed and grate the cucumber.
Squeeze out excess water from grated cucumber. (I used paper towel)
Grate or make a paste with the garlic. (To make a paste mince up the garlic and add some salt. Then mash the garlic with the side of your knife until the garlic forms a paste like substance.)
Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
Let set in the refrigerator for an hour for the flavors to combine.
