BFL turkey meatballs

1.2 lbs of extra lean ground turkey2 egg whites1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs1/4 cup water1/2 onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup fresh parsley2 tsp dried basil1 tsp ground black pepper
1. Preheat oven broiler
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg whites, breadcrumbs, water, onion, garlic, parsley, basil and black pepper. Mix ingredients thououghly and then shape into 1 1/2 inch diameter meatballs.
3. Arrange meatballs on a baking sheet and place under broiler for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned on all sides.
