Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedTomato Sauce, 1 cupCanned Tomatoes, 2 canChili powder, .5 tbspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tspWhite Rice, long grain, 1.5 cupGround beef, lean, 12 oz
Directions
Brown beef in skillet, drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cook on low 7-9 hours, OR High 3 hours.
