Ingredients
1 cup olive2 cup white sugar2 eggs2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree4 cups all-purpose1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray cooie sheet with pam
2.In large bowl, cream together the oil and sugar until smooth. beat in eggs one at a time.Stir inthe vanilla and pumpkin until well blended. In another bowl combine flow, baking soda,baking powder, salt,and pumpkin pie spices, stir into the pumpkin mixture. Mix in chocolate chips. Stir in the walnuts. Drop by teaspoolfuls onto cookie sheet.
3 bake 15 minutes in preheated oven. makes 75 cookies
