Spanish Style Spaghetti

Ingredients

Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (1 can of tomato sauce)Hunt's Ketchup, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (usually I use red)Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 cup *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (one package)Garlic, 3 tsp (Olive Oil, 3 table spoonsWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 box (7 servings/2oz/serving)
Boil your Spaghetti as directed, one done. Drain the water, do not rinse.
In a large pot, saute your onions and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except for the Spaghetti.
Once all your ingredients have blended well add the Spaghetti and let it simmer for about 3 minutes and enjoy!
**You may add more red peppers or your favorite sausage.
