Slow Cooker Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients
2.5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 C water1/2 C chicken broth2 T Olive oil1 T Tarragon1/2 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. garlic powder1 clove garlic, crushed1 shallot, chopped1/3 C dry white cooking winejuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Pan fry the chicken breasts in oil until browned about 5-6 min. on both sides. Transfer to crock pot, add seasonings, remaining seasonings, and liquids and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Great with cauliflower mash or roasted vegetables on a Fall day.
