Easy Crock Pot Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts, chunked (approx 20 oz.)2 stalks celery2 large carrots, chopped1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped6 red potatoes, chopped.2 tsp salt2 TBS Onion powder. (Or, if you have an onion, one whole onion, chopped.)enough water to barely cover chunks(Spices are optional.)1 tsp ginger1 tsp oregano. (Best if garden fresh.)1/2 tsp thyme pepper to tase
Directions
Chop veggies & chicken. Add in spices & salt. Add water. Crank crockpot to HIGH and leave for approx 6 hours. Makes 8 servings. Is really good over brown rice. (Not included in calorie count since hubby throws a fit when I make rice.) :o)~
Also good with noodles.
