Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients
3.5 lb bottom round roast4 large carrots2 medium onions5 medium potatoes2 cans of cream of mushroom soup1 cup red wine1/4 cup water1 packet dry french onion soup mix
Directions
Salt and pepper the roast and sear on all sides. Chop the carrots, potatoes, and onions and place in the bottom of a large slow cooker. Place the meat on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
