6 turkey wings1 cup green pepper, diced1 onion, diced2 cloves garlic, diced1 can black beans1/2 can watersalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. place wings in large baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Combine beans with water and pour over wings. Sprinkle all other ingredients over wings. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over rice, your favorite pasta or bed of greens.
