Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped3 cloves garlic2-3 cans crushed, whole or chopped tomatoes 2 cans kidney beans1 can pinto beans1 can chickpeas3 tbsp. chili powder1 tbsp. paprika
Directions
Brown the onions and garlic in a large pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Add additional seasonings to taste. Makes 12 servings (at least)
