Italian Cubed Beef

Ingredients
1 package of 4 cubed beef steaks1 can of stewed tomatoes1 bell pepper, cut into strips1/2 onion, sliced4 T olive oil1/2 c floursalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Stir fry onions and bell peppers using non stick cooking spray. Remove from pan. Dredge steaks into flour/salt/pepper mixture. Cook steaks in 4 T olive oil until brown. Add onions, bell peppers, and stewed tomatoes. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Delicious and tender!
