Beef & Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 cans enchilada sauce2 c. shredded cheese1 lb. ground chuck10 soft taco size flour tortillas
Directions
1. brown and drain ground beef
2. add 2/3 can of enchilada sauce and 1 c. cheese to meat and stir until cheese is melted
3. spoon mixture onto each tortilla, roll, and place in pan
4. pour remaining sauce over contents of pan
5. cover with remaining cheese
6. bake at 350 until cheese is melted
