Beef Stew CrockPot

Ingredients
2 Lbs Beef, eye of round, cubed1 cup Onions, chopped 3 cloves Garlic, , minced1 tsp Thyme, 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Marjoram,1 tsp Basil, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black PepperRed Wine, 16 fl oz Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) 1 cup, Celery , diced 4 medium Potatoes, Sliced16 oz Baby Carrots, 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Sear Beef in skillet

Put beef into Crockpot

Add Onions, Garlic, , Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram, Basil, Bay Leaf, and Black Pepper.

Pour in Red Wine and Water

Add Celery , Potatoes, Baby Carrots, and Mushrooms.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours
