Orange Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 340 g package fresh cranberries1 cup orange juice1 cup sugarzest of one orange
Directions
Makes 12 scant 1/4-cup servings.

Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes (cranberries will pop). I prefer to use a wooden masher and crush them a bit further to give a more even sweet flavour.
