Autumn Soup

Ingredients
1 Butternut Squash1 small onion1 stalk celery1 potato1 carrot1 cup skim milksaltpeppernutmeg2 tablespoons butter0.66 cup of brown sugar1 small can of tomato paste4 cups of chicken broth
Directions
Cook vegetables in large pot with butter. Add chicken broth and salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook on low for 45 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Purree and serve.
Makes approximately 9 of 1 cup servings.
