Sick Person Smoothie w/ Ginger, Carrot, Apple, Cranberry, and Orange

Ingredients
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced thinly1 medium orange, peeled and quartered1 medium apple, cored and quartered.5 cup unsweetened frozen cranberries1 inch ginger root, grated1 cup water1 cup ice cubessplenda to taste (I like 5 packets for the full batch)
Directions
Plop all ingredients in blender. Puree for 2-5 minutes. Sweeten as desired.
