NoBake Lite Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients
Crust:3/4 cup lite graham cracker crumbs 2 T. Splenda1/4 cup melted margarine Filling:8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened 5T. Splenda1 T. lemon juice1 tub (8 oz.) lite frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip Free)Topping: 1/2 c. Fresh berries each,or 2 T. low calorie jam, each.
Directions
Instructions:
In a medium size bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs,
2 tablespoons Splenda and margarine. Press onto bottom of an
8-inch square pan sprayed with Becel Cooking Spray.

Beat the cream cheese and 1/3 cup Splenda in large bowl with electric mixer
until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
Cut into 9 squares.
Top with berries or a lite jam of your choice.
(Can MCW the jam to make it spread farther.)

Makes 9 cheesecake squares.

    These were very tasty. Mine Just didn't seem to firm up like cheesecake. But was still very good. - 5/29/07
