Ingredients
Olive OilOreganoChopped TomatoChopped Red Veal PepperChopped Green Veal PepperBlack Pepper Chopped OnionsChopped Garlic
Directions
Boil Water then add box of yellow rice and olive oil. Cook rice until it is done. Look at box for cooking instructions. Then use a skillet pan add a little olive oil to pan. Add the chopped tomatoes, red and green veal pepper, chopped onions and garlic and let it brown. Then add in your yellow rice. Then sprinkle oregano and black pepper. Then serve and you will have a delicious plate of Spanish style rice.
