I made these for lunch. Fantastic! I do not and will not eat fried food and this is a great alternative! - 2/12/11

Everyone really liked the wings! I took them out after about 45-50 minutes, covered them in hot sauce and put them back in the oven for 10 minutes. That made them all nice and crispy! :)
Making them again tonight in huge batch. Experimenting with 3 different sauces.
Thanks for the recipe - 10/17/10

Sound OK but even as a butter lover I think I would cut back on the butter, - 5/25/17

These were really good! However, I do agree with another member's comment about the sauce not sticking, so beware! - 1/11/17

The sauce didn't stick enough. Maybe I will use a cajun seasoning or mustard and barbecue sauce after baking as alternatives. - 5/8/13

I make these without the butter (do you really need to add more fat to the chicken fat that's already there??) and love that they're easy, tasty, and not terrible for you! - 7/11/11

Great recipe! I actually used chicken legs because that's what I had on hand and they were really good. I also had to use a combination of a couple hot sauces to make up the amount needed since I did not have Frank's hot sauce. Will definitely make again! - 8/17/10

I made this by sauteeing the wings in a large fry pan and draining the fat off a couple of times, then adding the hot sauce. - 2/14/10
