Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup milk1 egg2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking soda4 teaspoons vital wheat gluten3 cups flour2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions
Measure wet ingredients and place in the pan of a breadmaker. Measure the dry ingredients and place in the pan, in the order listed, ending with the yeast. Set the bread machine for the dough cycle and press start. When dough is ready, remove from breadmaker, form into 2 loaves and place in greased pans. Allow the bread to rise slightly as the oven preheats to 350 degrees. Bake bread for 30 minutes. After baking, allow bread to cool and slice each loaf into about 16 slices.
