Spicy Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1.5 lbs lentils1 onion1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper2 hot chili peppers10 cups hot water5 vegetable bouillon cubes1 can diced tomatoes1 cup sliced carrotsminced garliccumin to tastechili powder to taste
Directions
Chop carrots, bell peppers, hot peppers, and onions. Saute in cooking spray until soft. Add lentils, water and bouillon. Simmer for 30-45 min. Add tomatoes (with liquid) and spices and simmer 10 more min.
