Ingredients
Directions
1 pound lean trimed pork1/2 red onions chopped6 green onions chopped1 bell peper1/2 large head cauliflower (chopped)4 tbsp soy saouce3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette (full fat - needs a little oil!)1/4 cup waterPam cooking spray (coat the pan well)Seasonal salt (to taste)
For stirk fry I find that it works best to have a large falt pan sitting over two burners. The pan needs to get really hot.
1) spray pam well into the bottom of the pam (Nutrition info is based on 10 sec spray)
2) turn on the heat
3) add the onions, bell peper and pork (season to taste with Lowery's season salt)
4) cook this until the onions are carmalized and the pork is white (cooked)
5) add 2 tbsp of the soy sauce (cook 3 more minutes)
6) add the chopped cauliflower
7) add the balsamic vinaigrette (3 tbsp) (cook 3 minutes)
8) add the water (cook until the cauliflower is the way you like it, I cover it to steam)
