Potato & Turkey Sausage Cream Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 lb Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage4 crispy cooked pieces of Turkey Bacon4 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth2- large or 3-small red potatos, thinly sliced1 Cup heavy cream (not whipping)2 Cups of chopped fresh kale, or as much as you want1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
In a medium pan, heat 2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Open the casings of the Sweet Italian Sausage links and chop into crumbles while in frying in pan, when browned, set aside. Prepare 4 slices of Turkey bacon according to package, make it crispy and crumbly, set aside.

In a large stock pot, pour in 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth, Add thinly sliced potatoes and simmer until potatoes are fork tender. When potatoes are tender, add remaining 2 cups of chicken broth, turkey sausage, crumbled turkey bacon, and 1 cup heavy cream. Stir to mix and bring to low boil. Turn down to simmer and add 2 cups of chopped kale and 1 tsp of red pepper flakes. Simmer 15 min - ready to eat.
