Kitty's Sweet and Spicy Chicken Pita

Ingredients
6 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast1 tbsp honey2 tbsp orange juice1 tbsp House of Tsang Mongolian Fire Oil1 tbsp dried onion flakes1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oregano 2 C fresh spinach1 whole wheat pita
Directions
In a small pan (mine is 7"), heat oil, honey, juice, and spices over medium-low heat.

Cut chicken into small chunks. Add to sauce mixture. Cook chicken through, about 20 min on medium-low heat, and stirring occasionally. Sauce should thicken slightly, but not burn.

Warm pita in microwave, about 30 sec and cut in half. Split chicken mix between pita halves. Stuff with 1 cup spinach each. Serve warm.

Makes 2 half-pita servings.
