1lb Ground Turkey Breast3/4 can Cambell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup Chopped onion1/4 cup Chopped Celery1/4 cup Green Pepper1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley1.5 cups Bisquik HeartSmart Pancake and Baking Mix1/2 cup Milk (I used 2%)
Pre-heat oven 450 degrees. Brown ground turkey, onion, celery, pepper, and parsley. Drain well. Add Mushroom Soupand mix. Allow mixture to cool while mixing Bisquik and milk. Kneed doe in more baking mix (not flour). Roll into long rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread cooled turkey mixture on top doe and roll into a log. Cut log into 1/2 thick slice and place on parchment paper lined OR greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 8 1/2 thick servings. Serve with fat free gravy and mashed potatoes.
