Ingredients
5 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped4 oz fat-free cream cheese8 oz low-fat cream cheese 1/2 cup reduced-fat blue cheese or ranch dressing 1/2 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup hot sauce
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix together cream cheeses. Stir in salad dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheese until well mixed. Stir in chicken.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through. (I like to skim off any grease that has come to the top of the dish before stirring and serving.)

Serve with dry toasted pita or bagel chips, low fat crackers or vegetables.

This can also be prepared as above and microwaved 5-10 minutes instead of baking, if desired ... but I really like it baked.

*The nutritional information is for the recipe as listed, but you can substitute all Fat Free cheeses to lower the calories & fat ... but it does alter the finished taste/texture slightly. The N.I. does not include whatever you dip into the dip (crackers, veggies, etc.) I've estimated about 1/4 cup per serving ... which would be a very generous appetizer serving ... enough for several 'dips' per person.

U make this recipe for almost every party I go to...because everyone requests it! You can also throw everything in a crock pot on low for a few hours, stirring occasionally. - 8/14/09

You don't need the chicken, the cheese is enough protein, and it tastes just as good. - 12/30/17

I've had chicken buffalo dip baked in phyllo cups. Delicious and easier to control how much you eat with minimal calories added. Going to make this version to put in the phyllo cups! - 10/31/13

Hit of the party! I left out the chicken because of the vegetarians attending the party and everyone still loved it. It was served with tostitos scoops. I think I'll use a tad less ranch next time though. Still an A+! - 10/30/12

made it as an appetizer for an informal dinner party. Everyone loved it! I served it in a bread bowl with diced french bread & wheat bread pieces. It's also excellent as leftovers. I just threw it back into the oven for 10 minutes. - 4/20/12

I took this as an appetizer to a friend's house having never made it before and it was a big hit! I used blue cheese but next time might use ranch due to personal preference. Served it with celery, carrots, crackers and tortilla chips. - 7/23/10

I love this dip! It's always a big hit at parties and I like to keep it around for snacking with veggies too! I usually make it in the microwave or skillet instead of the oven. Only takes me about 10 minutes to get it heated through. - 7/9/09

This recipe's great! I made it for a friend's birthday party and everyone loved it. Like some others, I doubled the amount of chicken, boiled it and shredded it. Used low-fat Ranch and Ken's Wing Sauce instead of hot sauce. Served with chicken crackers. It was delish! - 1/30/09

I doubled the recipe using 2 blocks of ff cream cheese and one 1/3 fat cream cheese, (2) 13 oz cans of chicken, and used mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar. It was delish!! My husband can't wait till i make it for the 4th of July! - 7/2/08

I cut back on the hot sauce so it wouldn't be too spicey. Used maybe 1/8 th of a cup. - 4/27/21
