Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
6 Chicken Breast,, bone and skin removed 4 cup Canned Tomatoes (Diced)2 cups Onions, chopped2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp4 tbsp Paprika - Sweet Hungarian.25 tsp black Pepper
Directions
Brown Chicken until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm. Saute Onions until soft. Add tomatoes and juice to "deglaze" the pan. Return chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Add paprika salt and pepper.
Serve over rice.
