Creamed Rice a Roni w/Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 box Chicken flavor Rice a Roni1 c. celery1/2 c. onion1 c. corn1 T. corn starch1/2 c. skim milk1/2 c. water1 T butter
Directions
Cook Rice a Roni according to directions on box. Add cut up, cooked chicken, celery, corn and onions. Cook until hot.

Make a white sauce by heating water & butter, then stir corn starch and milk together. Add that to the boiling water and thicken. Pour over Rice a Roni chicken mixture.
