Cabbage Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 llb. ground beef, extra lean; browned and drained46oz 100% Vegetable juice*6 beef boullion cubes2 C beef broth2 Cans dark red kidney beans (15 3/4 oz? each)1 Can light read kidney beans (15 3/4oz?)1/2 head cabbage, chopped1 C carrots, chopped1/4 C celery, choppedsalt and pepper to taste *can omit; I added before I found I had broth in the freezer
Directions
Pour broth and juice in large stockk pan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer under vegetables are tender.
