Broiled Tofu

Ingredients
14 ounces firm tofu1/2 teaspoon saltFreshly ground black pepper1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
Makes three 4 ounce serving plus leftovers for a sandwich
1) Preheat broiler
2) Drain the tofu in colander
3) Cut the tofu into 6 thick slices. Lightly salt & pepper both sides of each slice of tofu, then spray the slices lightly with the olive oil Broil the tofu slices on each side until lightly browned and a little crisp, about 6 minutes per side.
