Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 Zucchini1 Squash1 Onion1 clove Garlic2 TBSP Ground GingerSalt and Pepper to Taste2 Chicken breasts
Directions
Chop all vegetables, season to taste. Place small amount of oil in Wok. Cook vegetables until tender, but still crispy; adding teriyaki and sauce while cooking. Remove. Cook chicken in wok with teriyaki sauce. When done, cut into cubes. Put vegetables back in the wok and mix with chicken. Serve over rice or alone.
