Mango Shake or Lassi

Ingredients
1. Mango Pulp/Puree - 1/2 cup (you can consider pureeing the actual mango too).2. Skim Milk - 1 cup (You can try 2% milk or whole milk for added flavour but adjust the calories accordingly)For Lassi substitute milk with yogurt but use only 1/2 to 3/4 cup.3. Honey - 1 tbsp (try to avoid Sugar, it makes the drink extremely sweet)4. Ice/water - 1/2 cup
Directions
1. If using real mango puree them as needed. The ingredients are for 1 serving. So multiply accordingly.
2. Add the pureed mango with milk or yogurt. Add Honey to the mix.
3. Blend then well in a blender or hand mixer.
4. Add water or ice if desired, during the blending.
5. Serve cold.
