Honey-Oat-Quinoa Bread

Ingredients
1 cup warm water1TBS olive oil1/4 cup honey1 tsp salt1/2 cup oat meal (quick or regular)1/2-3/4 cup cooked Quinoa1 cup all purpose flour1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp active dry yeast4 tsp wheat gluten
Directions
combine all ingredients. Cover and let rise in bowl for an hour or until doubled in size. Kneed dough and place in 3x9 bread pan. Cover and let rise again for an hour...ish. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. It should have a hollow sound. Let cool before cutting into.
