Ground beef, 16 ozTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 ozWhole Wheat Bread, 2 slicesEgg, fresh, 2 largeParmesan Cheese, finely grated, .5 cupChopped fresh Parsley, .5 cuppinch each of salt & pepper or to taste
Wet bread and squeeze out water. Break into tiny pieces over bowl containing remaining ingredients. Mix all together very well with your clean hands. Form into 24 meatballs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
