Berry Blend Meal

Ingredients
2 1/2 C strawberries, halved1/4 C coconut milk1 C plain low-fat yogurt1 C 2% cottage cheese2/3 C Naturade Veg Protein powder2 T almond butter1/2 C plain hemp milk1/2 C Bolthouse Farms 50/50 berry2 C frozen blackberries
Directions
The strawberries and blackberries can be fresh or frozen, but frozen is very fast and less expensive.

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings, about 2 cups each.
