Punk's Beef Soup

Ingredients
2.5 lb. Round Steak4 large potatoes2.5 cups Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots 1 large onion1 tsp. minced garlic2.5 cups water
Directions
Trim and cut beef into bite size pieces. Brown the meat. Wash and cube the potatoes into bite size pieces. Chop the onion into nice sized pieces. Put all of the ingredients into a large soup pot and simmer for two hours, adding more water as needed. Makes about 9 hearty servings.
