Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), (0.50 cup)365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, (0.50 cup)Spinach, frozen, (0.25 package (10 oz) yields)Onion, diced, (0.25 cup, chopped)Celery, diced, (0.50 cup, diced)Vegetable Broth, (0.75 cup)
Directions
boil all ingredients together with spices of your choice (maybe a spicy curry and chili powder or a simple basil/oregano mixture like poultry seasoning). you may need to saute the onion and celery first - in that case add calories for the oil. substitute veggies as you like.
