Chinese Tofu and Broccoli

Ingredients
12 oz Mori-Nu Chinese Spice silken firm-Seasoned Tofu3 stems of broccoli cut into florets1/4 cup celery1 Tbsp chopped bell pepper2 Tbsp chopped onion1 Tbsp canola oil1 Tbsp sesame seeds1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
Directions
1. Drain the tofu and wrap in paper towels and set a heavy plate on top for about 30 minutes while you're chopping everything.

2.Cut tofu into about 1/2 inch cubes and brown in the canola oil.

3.Toss the veggies into the tofu, add the soy and sesame and steam until the broccoli is bright green.
