Yummy Lean Hamburgers

Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef1 egg lightly beaten1/2 cup finely chopped onions1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms1 cup dry bread crumbs, plain10 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into 1/4 pound patties.
Cook on the BBQ until centre of each patty reads at least 71 deg F.
Makes 11 quarterpounders.

    I made these hamburgers with 90% ground sirloin and they were delicious. Although servings were 10 making them 265 calories + 16.2 g fat. They were moist and good. I will take the leftovers and put them in ziplock bags to freeze for other meals for myself. Hubby didn't like onions - 9/24/08
