Hummus with Roasted Red Bell Pepper

Ingredients
1 cup roasted red bell pepper 3 large cloves garlic, roasted1 (15.5 oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained2 tablespoons sesame tahini2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or basil
Directions
Put pepper, garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt, and blend until smooth. Add the cilantro or basil and process just until combined. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving to meld flavors.
