LEAN Bacon Cheese Burgers

Ingredients
12 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef (6oz each patty)1 cup Mushrooms, (portobello - chopped finely) 1/2 cup chopped Onions1 clove of Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp Parsley1 tsp Salt3 slices (chopped finely) Oscar Meyer Pre-cooked Bacon 2 rolls reduced calorie Hamburger Buns, 2 slices Sargento - Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese 2 slices (1/4 inch) Tomato2 leaves Iceberg Lettuce
Directions
Cook the mushrooms, garlic and onion until sauce - add other spices if desired. Remove from heat and let cool, add to beef mixture (I sometimes add a dash of Worchestershire sauce). Combine and make 2 6oz patties (raw).

Cook in a pan - top with chopped bacon and swiss cheese (let the cheese melt).

Add to bun and top with sliced tomato and lettuce. Goes great with a side salad and low calorie dressing.
