Fruit & Bran Loaf

Ingredients
1 cup unprocessed bran1 cup milk - nonfat1 cup mixed dried fruit1 cup self raising flour1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 190C.
Soak bran in milk for 1 minute.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Spoon into a greased and lined loaf tin.
Bake for 50 minutes.
